Follow-up

The patient's BP has shown improvement with the addition of spironolactone. Based on the finding of an adrenal mass on high-resolution computerized tomography, she was referred for adrenal vein sampling for aldosterone and cortisol. This showed left-sided lateralization of aldosterone secretion.
