If by any chance you are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept your return within seven (7) days after receiving your order. A 15% restocking fee may apply. The returned piece(s) have to be in the same condition and packaging as it was shipped to the customer. If the piece(s) is damaged or altered in any way, shape or form, we will not process a refund and your piece will be shipped back to you.  Custom work such as (diamonds, custom locks, engraving, etc.) and shipping charges are non-refundable. Our products are all handmade to order.  The weight reflected on our site is an ESTIMATE based on similar previous orders.  If the final weight is less than the estimated amount, we will refund you the difference.  If the final weight is more than the estimated amount, we will collect the difference before we ship the item to the customer.  The weight difference can fluctuate between 1 - 10 grams. There may be some cases where the difference is less/more than 10 grams.
