We offer a 7 days money back guarantee on our chains.  If by any chance you are not happy with your order, we will gladly refund your money back. The returned piece(s) have to arrive at our shop by the 7th day after customer have received it and be in the same condition and packaging as it was shipped to the customer.  There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to your refunded balance.  If the piece is damaged or altered in any way, shape or form, we will not process a refund and your piece will be shipped back to you.  See FAQ for more details on our return/refund policies.

Our products are all handmade to order.  The weight reflected on our site is an ESTIMATE based on similar previous orders.  If the final weight is less than the estimated amount, we will refund you the difference.  If the final weight is more than the estimated amount, we will collect the difference before we ship the item to the customer.  The weight difference can fluctuate between 1 - 10 grams. There may be some cases where the difference is less/more than 10 grams.
